These Transformers toys are so like the ones you see when you're a kid watching Transformers G1 cartoons. Exquisite work. Love it.
i always liked predaking's look with the lion chest plate and wings on the back. he looked soo badasss.
The individual combiners might not look amazing but When combined looks awesome
Predaking to me was always the best combiner this proves it to me even more
It's amusing that the G1 animal Autobots were dinosaurs, while the G1 animal Decepticons were jungle animals, whereas Beast Wars would do the exact opposite.

I really wish Predaking wasn't a punching bag for Skylynx. As much as I love the original Combiner Devastator, the animalistic Predacons are my favorite!

One thing I noticed and like about the primate / animal Transformers in the cartoons is that they prefer to stay in their animal form. I guess it makes sense since that would be better for combat.
The best Decepticon combiner because they’re the archenemy of the Autobot MAGNIFICENCE! Both that I really love!

Oh wow. I always thought Razorclaw was just bigger than the others and made the whole torso, and Divebomb's wings just tacked onto the back. Didn't realize the wings actually made up half the torso too. Also, the way this snaps together in the combiner form looks rock solid, with it sliding into place and having snap latches on top of that. Nice...but sill $240...ouch.
That's why you be smarter and buy the WeiJiang version instead

What gets me is that they're still regular transformers. They can still go robot to beast and back, but then someone said "what if big robot?" and then they made it happen

Creating Transformers is always tricky, from an engineering standpoint
It’s very difficult to get both an show accurate robot mode *and* a show accurate vehicle mode
Throw in the combining transformation and you’ll almost certainly have to sacrifice something
Yeah i was creating some of my design based on G1,bayverse,prime etc.i was doing dragstrip and i really didnt know how to work on him for his thin vehicle mode so i changed it

Show accurate, accurate vehicle mode _and_ able to change the pose for the robot transformation, for some of the toy series.
how about we just create a cybertronian that is stuck a a viecle *FOREVER* although he can change the viecle (like from a porsh a to a tesla) or color (like from red to tacktical arctik)
Wow, they had to sacrifice a LOT of the smaller robots' engineering to make the combiner form work.
Indeed.. I dislike the individual bots.. But I live the engineering of integrating most combiner parts.. Too bad they could not integrate the hands.. But the King looks awesome..

I had the original Predaking. The individual robots were not that great compared to this version. Only the 3rd party version rivaled this one.

Yeah Volcanicus was an excellent curve ball to get hit with. Im old school, just learned about him a few years ago. Excellent idea but combined he looks horrible. Predaking is my fav combiner, but Defensor looks the coolest.
I remember the first time we were introduced to the Predacons was in the G1 Transformers season 3 episode 'The Five Faces of Doom' where we were also introduced to a new human character Marissa Fairborn and SkyLynx.

My favorite Combiners,man Predaking was always so cool.
The first time I watched this I thought it was literally the toys from g1, and I was like “Jesus Christ, this toy has poseability and engineering way better than what I remember g1 toys having.” Then looking at the title of the video more and it making some much more sense. Now I feel dumb.

I like that the leg pieces actually make the whole leg (minus the foot of course) and they aren't just shins.
Also interesting that Divebomb helps form the mid-torso, in addition to Predaking's wings and right arm.
These Predacons are the wild decepticon team and they had some run in with Sky Lynx.

So, Predaking, what does “curmudgeon”mean? Predaking: Curmudgeon means a person who is ill-tempered.
They may be animals. But animals together are smart as a man, and mad as beasts.
That's a unique way to combine!
I only like the channel for the music
My only complaint is that theads of the ox and rhino predacons (sorry, forgot their precise names) aren't hidden in beast forms if you look under their necks.

In order of the predacons being transformed Razor Claw the commander, Rampage, Dive Bomb, Tantrum, and Head Strong.
They might not be the best looking version, but anything is still better than the Micheal Bay films.

Hey, I had Razorclaw and Rampage as a kid but never got the other three Predacons -- likely my parents' way of teaching me that I cannot have everything I want; while I understand its necessity, this was an outright cruel way of teaching that lesson. I would have loved to at least have had Divebomb . . .
Needless to say, I grew up into an adult that was denied the things he needed as well as what he wanted because of that family government and am quite messed up . . .
There is one thing that interests me about this video: where did you get the music that was playing when you were combining the Predacons?
