I how much longer must we endure theses "context" messages from the Cathedral about the 2020 election on RUclips? Some clear "fookery" went on. Let's be real.
As an Australian, I have to say how bitterly disappointed, and absolutely disgusted I was (and still am), with the spineless, and, quite frankly, dangerous attitude of many of my fellow Australians throughout the height of the Wu-Flu craziness, not to mention the totalitarian dictatorship that was the Victorian State Government, and their goon squad of so-called Police officers and "Public Safety Officers".
I love the way Dinesh looks at, and assess' things, very calm and matter-of-fact.
- Great show, as always!
500👍🏻
✌🏻&❤from (my cell, in)🇦🇺
to echo Dinesh, as a Brit I couldnt believe what happened in Aus.. I completely misunderstood the culture..
@@elingrome5853 you and me both mate!
Though I think it’s more a sign of the times, than it is a misunderstanding of the Aussie culture/attitude.
But in saying that, we are a nation born of convicts and key-turners, and that is something interesting to ponder. 🤔
Keep hopping along 🦘🦘🦘
Some colleagues said "we're going to have to explain how we all locked down for two years to our kids...".
I was thinking "we're going to have to explain how we watched Australia go f'in mental"
You and me both. I thought Australia was full of rebels but I soon found out we're a bunch of sheep only too happy to be herded around and told what to do. Here in Sydney we now have the resurgence of outdoor mask wearing of which I can now only imagine is some sort of religious garb as this point. I'm the only one in my family and circle of friends that did not get vaccinated. They all look at me like I'm crazy.
During COVID, landlords weren't allowed to evict tenants, so technically if they had tenants who were in the military and not paying rent, that was a 3rd amendment violation.
Trump's CDC declared itself to be in charge of rent in America.
I don't think that there is any case law whatsoever on the 3rd Amendment.
Also in New York they want to put Illegal immigrants in peoples homes. I see that as 3rd amendment violation.
D Souza is heavily underrated as a serious intellectual force. Consistent coherent and sensible. He gets my respect everytime he speaks.
Yeah, his audience is kinda boomer-ish, but he's almost always on the money! 😎👉🏻👉🏻
This was such a great interview. Thank you, Michael.
The sad fact is that the Covid reaction, our policing, our political class know no boundaries and feel free to do whatever they want.
It was a great experiment to suss out who complies without question and, perhaps more importantly, who does not. And just how far the useless gov can push before the people push back…
Dinesh really impressed me here. His abandonment of the more boiler plate conservative analysis is very much welcome. He is bright and am happy to see him escape the dogma. Hopefully he will lead many out of it
Great interview, thanks to you both.
This podcast just flows so well
Great conversation! Love Malice and D’Souza💜
Loved this conversation. Thank you
Dinesh D’Souza looks like Michael Malice with a tan and glasses.
😮😂 I can't unsee it now 😮😂
The wikipedia "context" provides so little information. That website is propaganda for many things
Yay what would I do without WIKIpedo telling me what to think about content!
That was such a classy answer to the final question.
01:30 🎥 Dinesh D'Souza's film "Police State" examines the growth of authoritarianism in America, emphasizing the erosion of basic rights over decades.
02:39 🚨 The film aims to spotlight the precarious state of fundamental rights in America in 2023, including free speech, freedom of conscience, assembly, privacy, and equal justice under the law.
03:48 🕵 D'Souza discusses the film's approach, combining the genealogy of the police state's origin with firsthand accounts from whistleblowers and ordinary Americans facing the impact of an expanding police state.
05:25 🔄 D'Souza traces the misuse of surveillance powers post-9/11, highlighting the FBI's shift to manufacturing terrorism by entrapping individuals susceptible to extremist rhetoric.
08:24 🤝 Conservatives now recognize the threat of the police state as they have become its targets, dispelling the notion of bipartisan cooperation seen during Reagan and Tip O'Neill's era.
11:30 🌐 D'Souza points out a shift in perception where political opponents are no longer seen as friends, contributing to the polarization and lack of cooperation between parties.
15:29 💼 D'Souza argues that the police state operates with a consistent standard, supporting those who align with its goals and targeting those who oppose, irrespective of a perceived double standard.
19:49 🌍 D'Souza raises concerns about the global spread of tyranny, discussing the potential convergence of Western and Eastern forms of authoritarianism, presenting a grim future where no place is free from tyranny.
20:17 🤔 D'Souza suggests that Trump, as an outsider, underestimated the depth of corruption within government agencies, especially in the police and military, contributing to his inability to control them effectively.
22:24 📰 The discussion touches on the erosion of democratic principles, with the military openly defying the commander-in-chief, revealing a disconnect between those claiming to save democracy and their actual belief in it.
22:52 📜 The attempt to keep Trump off the ballot implies a lack of confidence in their case against him, questioning faith in the American public's judgment.
25:25 🤔 Labeling Trump as fascist lacks substantive arguments, portraying him as moderate within the political spectrum.
26:46 🏳 Trump's stance on LGBTQ+ issues contrasts typical Republican views, positioning him as relatively progressive.
27:14 🚔 Running a police state involves control over government agencies, which Trump was not aligned with.
28:20 🏛 Obama's influence within the Democratic party might overshadow Hillary's potential comeback, pointing to a shift in leadership dynamics.
31:27 🔄 Some Democrats may aim to "undo" the perceived mistake of 2016 by reintroducing Hillary Clinton into the political scene.
32:19 🛑 Biden, while in power, appears to be directed by other figures, raising concerns about unchecked authority behind the scenes.
36:17 🔍 No-knock raids violate constitutional rights, reflecting a shift towards excessive policing and a disregard for reasonable search and seizure.
40:13 🔫 Encouraging self-armament becomes vital amidst legalizing assault and criminalizing self-defense, highlighting the need for personal protection.
42:36 🛤 The open border policy connects to building a long-term constituency, potentially supporting the construction of a developing police state.
43:18 🥤 D'Souza discusses limitations on freedoms in the U.S., recalling Bloomberg's ban on large sodas and expressing gratitude for free speech despite challenges.
44:13 📚 D'Souza highlights the film's focus on the targeting of parents involved in School Board activism, emphasizing the intimidation they face from the police state.
46:58 🗳 D'Souza mildly encouraged about election reforms for 2024, acknowledges ongoing challenges and suggests practical solutions to prevent cheating.
49:19 🇺🇸 D'Souza reflects on the current divisive state of the U.S., contrasting it with historical divisions, and emphasizes the need for finding diversion and laughter in challenging times.
57:02 🤝 D'Souza discusses collaborating with Dan Bongino, leveraging their complementary styles in addressing emotional and forceful aspects of the film.
58:53 🎬 D'Souza directs viewers to policestate.fm.net for streaming options and DVD purchases, emphasizing the film's importance and its resistance to censorship.
01:00:38 🎙 D'Souza appreciates the interview's banter, highlighting the relaxed conversation that covered various related topics organically.- 43:18 📚 There's a concern about exaggeration in America's critique of itself, especially when it comes to free speech limitations.
44:13 🛑 "Police State" film highlights the targeting of pro-life activists and traditional Catholics for exercising free speech, emphasizing the absurdity of these actions.
46:58 💬 There's a cautious optimism about reforms to ensure fair elections in 2024, noting observed changes in cheating tactics between the 2020 and 2022 elections.
48:07 💡 Suggested remedy against specific forms of cheating involves 24-hour surveillance on dropboxes, a simple measure in accordance with election rules.
49:19 🇺🇸 The current political climate is described as a dark period of severe division, more so than even during the Civil War, impacting the sense of unity and shared values in the country.
50:14 💰 Concerns about the national debt's impact on national security and economy, with comparisons to the price of gold over the years and warnings about the debt's consequences.
52:34 🤔 Comparing Reagan and Trump's presidencies, highlighting Reagan's two-term success in reshaping the country, particularly during the Cold War era.
55:23 🎙 Insights into encounters with historical figures like Margaret Thatcher and Gorbachev during Reagan's era, emphasizing the monumental significance of that time.
57:14 🎥 Dan Bongino's involvement in the film "Police State" brought emotional force and fearlessness, complementing D'Souza's more moderate approach, creating a balanced narrative.
58:53 📽 "Police State" film availability and methods to access it despite censorship challenges, emphasizing the website policestate.fm.net as a hub for streaming and purchasing DVDs.
01:00:38 🗨 The interview was characterized by relaxed banter, allowing for a natural conversation on various topics beyond the primary focus of the "Police State" film.
Is this AI?
This is gonna be a great one 👍🏾
Dinesh is the greatest documentarian of this generation.
Hi John. I like you.
still waiting for that Larken Rose interview... perhaps when the Jones Plantation book drops?
Another great conversation
almost ten years ago when I loved watching tyt, you nod your head when they are saying dinesh bad because he did a crime. and then you start reading how 'justice' systems across the globe dare to operate. and dinesh seems rather swell compared to that
afuera!
Great chat, boys.
Great interview. Thank you.
Two of my absolute favorites. ❤
Dinesh's glasses were glowing like a rave the entire time. I had to bite down on a leather belt to keep me from swallowing my tongue, because i was having a siezure.
I'm a joker too , that's why I love Mr. Malice .
I agree with Michael, the government would never violate the third amendment with the use of listening devices and toxins
Great stuff
Glad I didn’t watch the Chunk Weeger episode. I need to hang on to my IQ points.
Chunk Yogurt is not powerful enough to erase your IQ points. Just his.
Dinesh FUNDAMENTALLY misunderstands how they came to prosecute him. He thinks perhaps there was a review of people who exceeded the finance limits..? Or it was some other inauspicious happenstance that redounded to his disadvantage. But that's bullshit. These aren't "dispassionate" prosecutors who learn of misconduct / crimes via the existence of victims. They were trawling everything Dinesh did to scrape for anything they could target him with ... as they did DJT. THAT is the police state we're living in. And apparently, Dinesh has yet to fully recognize that.
And it's unfortunate, bc with that knowledge Dinesh or someone could ask ... "How did you find this transgression? Was this an operation..? How many prosecutions came from this "operation" ..?" We know damned well there were none. I mean -- how do you think they came up with this NARA bullshit !?? You think they "happened across it in the normal course of their duties" ..? Get freaking real. And that's the thing we all know. These aren't "chance discoveries" ... these are projects in which they subject their political enemy under microscopes.
When they say "our democracy" they mean "our narrative".
Damn Dinesh🎉🎉🎉 You're blue screen specs have served you where
Can Murray Rothbard's *_Non-Aggression Principle_* be compatibility with Search Warrants? Child and Animal Protection Services? Taxes even?
Excellent
The avalanche of people waking up to the realities of the universe, despite all the old and new dead ends, is already unstoppable. I think even the techiest giant is aware of that.
Enjoyed
“Reclaim your mind and get it out of the hands of the cultural engineers who want to turn you into a half-baked moron consuming all this trash that's being manufactured out of the bones of a dying world.” - Terence McKenna
3:07, he left out a big one : rights to property
Lesssss goooo!!!
The soldier in your home is your computer
Trumps mistake was assuming people would all pull in the same direction. Which is exactly how efficient business works but is basically the total opposite of the normal state of government where everyone pulls in the direction of their own narrow self interest
The way Dinesh moved his head to answer, “Reagan.” I wish he had said, “Who is Reagan?” Because Dinesh was on Jeopardy in that moment!
Amen
28:33 I Feel So healthy & Light #Food
Always too short 😢
@4:18 That's not true, A 3rd amendment is force to quarter troops in time of peace (Are we ever at peace) or at war as prescribed by law. And assuming we are at peace considering congress hasn't declared war, the moratorium on evictions was a 3rd amendment violation where troops were renting but violated their contract and couldn't be evicted.
Hillary is Boss Tweed Pantsuit of 2023 Tammany Hall
Does Progressive Insurance and Pluto TV know they are appearing next to “extremist content”?😂
🔥
🙏🇺🇸❤🙏🇺🇸❤🙏🇺🇸❤
3rd amendment was violated during covid via eviction moratorium.
I like Dinesh, but he’s bat shit crazy if he doesn’t think Republicans are part of the police state problem.
RUclips sponsored a link showing "Bill Bar laughs at Dinesh D'zouza's 2000 mules" directly under your video. We need to ratio this.
❤❤❤
Btw, if Wikifalse has to disclaim something you KNOW it’s true
Dinesh is definitely worth listening through the wailing homosexual at the beginning of the podcast.
What does that mean?
A Prison Planet…
We need a national divorce
Dear diary. Today i thought Michael Malice was live... it was a live chat. Still good. John hates me, for now. We have to work on our relationship. It was still lovely. Good night.
A congress of owls, a murder of crows, and an armada of guns.
The Cloward-Piven strategy is being used to implement a police state.
Context 😂😂😂
Meat pie or cheeseburger?
Samzies.? Negative bunz?
Nothing convinces me more that we are moving towards dystopian hell hole than seeing a big Wikipedia stamp pointing towards context....for your protection from.... the wrong ideas.
Trump is to the left of Mike Pence on social issues.
Ahh I see Michael finally got a real hair cut...lol😎
4:25 The government violated the 3rd Amendment with the Covid rent moratorium. Landlords couldn’t evict soldiers (or anyone) from their property, so they were being forced to quarter them.
Not true about 3rd amendment I’m a landlord have a couple houses rented out to military during pandemic. With the eviction cancellation we were forced to military.
RUclips always with the Wikipedia “context” flag as if it’s an authoritative source on anything, especially politics. Those in the know understand who really runs that rag.
Why do so many Americans pronounce pundit and and tenet as pundint and tenent?
sammich/samwich and sandwich
Confusing them with pungent and tenant, both far more common words
37:35 well that's a bad example; the evidence in the OJ simpson case is incredibly condemning. social issues surrounding the case played a role in letting the defense discredit the prosecution
He used OJ saying "the cops didnt get OJ so they plant drugs in his house to get him" saying obviosly that would be wrong.
That's not what he said. Watch it again. You don't think the cops planted evidence? Like the gloves?
The only thing OJ was guilty of is being the greatest rusher in the history of the NFL. The cop that arrested him admitted to planting evidence to frame black people. He also said the n word a bunch of times in the 1970s.

What if Dinesh was a doad?
Freshly canceled Gavin. Good old days.
Please tell me you don’t mean “You Are Welcome”?🙏🏻
I have prescribed Mr Malice with a certain level of grammatic capability so please tell me this is a play on words
@@mattball3118 this is not a troll it’s a question
@@mattball3118 and I enjoy him btw, instantly calling someone a troll is weak and dismissive. Like “racist” being used the second someone doesn’t agree with you 🙄
I mainly know D’Souza from him being summarily defeated by Christopher Hitchens in debate. Oh, and how interested he is in Obama’s sex life.
There are times when I feel I should hear out someone with a different opinion than me, but I have no patience left for this guy.
Ads are too long, and too frequent
adblok
then why didnt u actually push back on Cenk then Mikey me lad?
RUclips fact checks with links to Wikipedia, that's their best attempt at researching.
Your what is welcome?...should be "You're" (you are) Welcome.
Malice is a troublemaker. Lol
Americans see one news story from one city in Australia and suddenly that applies to everybody in the entire country. 🙄
"one story"??? naah mate, we saw what we saw... Victoria was the worst - but the rest wasnt much better...
This nags at me: shouldn't it be " Dea(L) Reader"?
in other words, nothing new.
Let me say first I'm not a huge fan of the"bikers" .... however.... they saw this coming and Is rallied at every capital against the "Patriot Act"... if they were smart enough to see it, maybe ask them what now
It should read " You're Welcome." You lost me there as you don't have correct vocab. Dinesh is incredibly well gifted at what he does. But the fact neither of you understand what Trump's plan was and still can't understand why We the People support him makes you and Dinesh, no matter how articulate, absolutely ignorant. Lost me there as well as most MAGA patriots. As both of you should know, it simply looks suspicious.
And Dinesh, shame on you for not appreciating your pardon from Trump. That should never mean you should not question the workings of the evil bureaucracy, but you should have understood the larger part of this story rather than grifting off your pardon and the reason why. Whether any of you people working off of insider and whistle-blower info, we do expect a greater dive into what brought We the People here in the first place. I think you both know what I mean.
Lastly, the fact that so many people in Washington thinks that Trump is such a dumbass and just somehow ignorantly wandered into his presidency with absolutely no clue, says that you think most AWAKE Americans and people of the world are totally gullible and unable to to understand what the hell is going on. We KNOW what's going on. Thank you and that is all.
What was trumps plan I'm curious to hear your opinion on it
This must be your first time to listen to MM. as far as not having correct vocab goes I’m pretty sure you could learn a bit from the man.
JFC, PAY ATTENTION!! At the beginning he says “let that be your welcome” That is 100% correct.
At the end he says “You’re welcome”
BOTH are correct.
