Minor spoiler: it is true that knightley's fingerprints on the grip of the gun doesn't proof anything, however the one that incriminate him is that his fingerprints were found on the bullet case (or whatever they're called) as well. This implies that knightley reloaded the gun beforehand, thus confirming his ownership onto the gun. This further implies that knightley did pulled off a switcheroo.
@@leobastian_ well, of course it work that way. Ace attorney teach us that if you're going to make a claim, make sure you have evidence to back it up, then you can establish said claim to be factual.

I agree it's kind of stupid because the first prompt is more like a trick question, but it does make sense.
Yeah. A lot of the Ace Attorney game penalties would go better if the game explicitly told you "hey it's not enough to just tell people the correct answer you have to do fancy rhetoric tricks as well" because that's usually what happens with most of the bullshit on the surface penalities. The RAID SHADOW REALM
funnily enough there is a chess deck in the manga.
I’M SENDING HER TO THE BEACH! AHAHAHAHAAA!
To be fair, Yugi did in fact killed someone by chess.
ok @edgar Garcia, and AllyOJustice. This is the best simply because I feel neither of these writers even know wtf chess is.
“Whoa, I guess I should introduce myself first. My name is...”
_proceeds to flag everyone in the room with his gun multiple times_
Horace Knightley.
Complete lack of gun safety
"I don't see what's so bad about this ga-"
>red mole
"I-"
>FINGERPRINTS
"Okay, yeah I see what."
@@alecxander9573 yeah, but you need to confirm that Knightleys fingerprints we're on the bullet case, only then you get told its actually true
@@leobastian_ well, of course it work that way. Ace attorney teach us that if you're going to make a claim, make sure you have evidence to back it up, then you can establish said claim to be factual.
@@alecxander9573 but you need to make that claim before you get the evidence to back it Up, you dont even know the evidence will come after the claim
@@leobastian_ would you mind elaborating?
The sequel we’ve all been waiting for
yes
Yep I have been waiting for this.
THAT FIRE PLACE ROTATES
I know right
But is it also a Key?
After Miles is on Fire, Miles had to get robotic attachments and he is now a robot. Or he was always a robot and the fire revealed his big secret.
*DEEP LORE*
I've watched Edgeworth is on fire so many times and this is still hilarious
Me too, I gasped when I saw the part 1 in this video’s title
Saaaaame
8:22
First mention of Phoenix for AAI2 and it’s of Edgeworth thinking of asking him out on a date. Truly amazing.
i still think it was so funny how hard the investigations games had to go to NOT mention Phoenix by name... like yes, Edgeworth's first inspiration in life is his dead father... the second is some fuckin guy, Kay, no he can't tell you more
that _is_ strange. Why don't these games mention Wright, is there a reason?
@@anjoliebarrios8906Just the writers being coy
14:39 To be fair, the game here was asking you if you had the bullet in your person, which you didn't. After that, the prompt is to present evidence that shows where the bullet is (because, again, you don't have it in your person).
Edgeworth is just being fancy.
I love how its either painfully obvious or makes no fucking sense, there is nothing inbetween.
That's Ace Attorney for you and I love it lol
This game sounds like it would make my migraines worse
Dude I had to sit through like 3 hours of walk through on manfred von karma's case (first AA game) because I presented the bullet when I was meant to do like... Gloves then a metal detector or smth like that
It just looks that way cause these are highlights and the inbetween parts don't make for funny content
@@raghavbhasin1165 but it is still true in way too many cases to not be hilarious
"this playthrough took me a year and a half" Jello are you okay?
I KNOW! YOURE THE ONLY ONE TALKING ABOUT IT!
It took him a year and a half to get through the extraterritorial rights.
Literally no, right after he had to take a break to let his hands heal, because he had an elbow problem that kept getting misdiagnosed as a hand problem,
Idk why "EXTRATERRITORIAL RIGHTS" **One-winged angel plays** is so funny to me
"I can't do this again-!" Was what killed me
This game can easily be summarized as that one scene in Epithet Erased where Sylvie has a stroke during his mental game of chess
considering that it took over a year to finish this game, it’s possible that that was a reference to Logic Chess
"I am but a simple ice cream salesman. Oops- OWMM."
Jello: *losing his shit*
Miles:You just triggered my trap card! *CHESS*
President: you fool YOU triggered MY trap card *EXTRATERRITORIAL RIGHTS*
"I got this card from a tree after i climbed it! It was sitting on a branch."
"Not again....NOT AGAIN.... NOT AGAI-"
"Who is the one you should be pursuing?"
"You're right... I should really ask Wright out on that date"
So glad to see this ship is still alive-
The ship is immortal
@Benji Lesage the creators of the game actually ship them
@Benji Lesage Bruh there’s marriage art of the two of them made by the creators. look it up
The wiki says it all u_u.. Also, there was one time I saw a link to an A03 documentary about WrightWorth and it was a wild ride 😂😭
@Benji Lesage People can ship what they want, they have an opinion and you have an opinion but that doesn’t mean you have to argue about it. As long as the ship is perfectly *legal* it’s fine. Let people have their own head canons.
JelloApocalypse: We did not like Investigations 2
The Fandom: And I took that personally.
Yes I did
@Firephantom105 I haven’t played the game myself, so this might just be the Edgeworth fanboy in me talking, but yea I feel like Jello’s being a little too harsh on the Investigations games lmao
@Firephantom105 you have a good point there. "this is bad" and "i didn't like this" are teo completely different statements, one an objective statement about somethings overall quality and the other a subjective statement about personal preference.
I hate racing games but you don't see me going around claiming all of them are bad
@@samkuperman9035 he is. I watched the VODs and most of his complaints are things that could apply to the entire series, he literally gets mad that a witness who is a convicted criminal and compulsive liar is withholding information in case 2. He also spends a looong time bitching about the fact that case 1 is a full length case rather than a mini tutorial case, which seemed to have more to do with it not fitting in with the streaming schedule he expected than the actual content of the case.
@@Highstar25 He does complain about things that are also valid for the whole series. Which I think are valid complaints, and that's why I don't like the series: but I don't really get why he likes the original games but not this one for that reason besides that the gameplay loop is simpler and often shorter.
I didn’t find out until very recently that the “eh heh heh yeah, I did it. What’re ya gonna do?” guy from the last game was Kay’s father.
"Did you say C H E S T dimension?" is probably one of the best jokes in this playthrough.
My need for intense lawyer action has been fulfilled this week
What about your need for chess?
Having just played this game, it’s way better than the first. It’s long but all the cases are connected.
Yeah the way everything is connected within the story is so fun to see play out, you're so right
It also doesn’t jump on a timeline for no reason like the first one
Edgeworth: checkmate
Knightley: AGRESSIVLY SPINS GUN
I like to think Von Karma would just chuck chess pieces at Edgeworth when he was a kid and called it "playing chess." So now Edgeworth just thinks that's how the game works.
5:58 “RED MOLE?!” Has the same energy as Joel’s “GRAYND DAYD?!”
Edgeworth: I use logic
Also Edgeworth: "That looks like a red mole and not something like a laser pointer."
"What game can be more fun than solving crimes?"
"Well its raid shadow legends sir"
Me: Sorry I dont speak WRONG
The clear answer is whatever miles thinks chess is

11:29 I love how the chaos gradually grows in Jello's voice here as he realizes what he's reading.
Ok, Edgeworth may not have seen Shelley De Killer before, but you know who has absolutely no excuse for not recognizing him? Knightley; the guy who De Killer had grabbed by the neck the day prior.
Edgeworth, about Gumshoe: "What a *helpless* man!"
Also Edgeworth: **has Gumshoe hold and move evidence for him, instead of just examining it himself**
He just can’t touch human objects that’s it
I've cracked the code. AA:I isn't a literal telling of what happened. Maya read about Miles' investigations from a twitter thread written by a guy whose friend read the newspaper articles about them, and this is how Maya imagined it happened.
7:40 Robots are basically just golems that can do math, makes sense.
"How does one go on the offensive against a defensive opponent...?"
*[Loads gun]*
*"A gun."*
He isn’t just holding the evidence, he gained telekinesis in the first investigation game.
8:25 "Right i should really ask wright out on that date" ace attorney and investigations, summarized
Description: *a game we did not like*
Everyone: time to put the Apocalypse in Jelloapocalypse
Who else checked the description a after reading this?
I loved the instant Edgeworth mentions Extraterritorial rights everyone has a nervous PTSD-induced breakdown. That's the exact impression Turnabout Ablaze leaves on someone.
Me: Wow, Jello finished his Investigations playthrough recently. I hoped he liked it!
Notifications: Miles is a Robot
Me: Fuck
Oh My God!
4:26 whenever he slams the desk he just stops above the desk and plays a sound effect
Me: knows how chess obsessed this game is, especially in the first case.
Chess counter: appears
Oh Yeah
"Logic? How do you use that?" -Gumshoe.
You may have asked what the 4th “D” in 4D Chess is? Is of course the CHESS DIMENSION
Did you say “CHEST DIMESNION?!?”
@@Falconwing66 OH GOD DID I?!?
"In the end, it was a stupid lie."
- Ace Attorney, just in general.
I like how the assassin is holding someone hostage by holding a knife to the throat of a guy who has a metal collar that reaches his chin.
4:12 To be fair, Gumshoe did develop telekinesis in the last game (unless it was retconned)
Did they realize that Knightley was a reference to a Knight/horse in Chess... look at the tie, hair, neck brace, and well, name...
What? A reference to chess? In Investigations?
Can you prove it?
@@kafkatamura5177 Logic.
Connecting chess motifs to Knightley.
EUREKA!
The chess piece "Knight" is depicted as a horse. Houses have manes. Mohawks resemble manes. Knightley has a mohawk. This causes Knightley to resemble a horse. Therefore, Knightley's character design is a reference to the chess piece "Knight".
yeah, they noticed

9:55 I just realized the “poison-tongued ninja” is named Saimon Kowal-Simon Cowell.
12:57 When the president was shown to be this deflated doughy dog-like man, the wails of the pained echoed forth XD That's how you know everyone is having fun, someone starts wailing halfway through the case.
"Extraterritorial rights" having the One-Winged Angel blasting in the background was a perfect touch.
I'm still mad we never actually got this game officially.
5:11 little did they know that the man on the left was guilty for stealing over 10,000 pictures of Spider-Man.
Miles is going the extra unnecessary miles to prove the obvious to some idiots. Welcome back to content.
I feel like I get rick rolled whenever these Raid: Shadow Legends sponsorships show up
