HI guys. Thank you. We absolutely love our composting/separating toilet, it has made our life so much more convenient and it's better for the environment obviously. We try not to use campsites especially abroad and our Boxio means we never have to find anywhere special to empty it. It'll be interesting to see what you think of it. Good luck.
Great review and some very good points about not smelling, easy to empty. We like to go camping with friends over summer but hate the public toilets. These works be great in the tent👌
Love my Boxio toilet. Drilled a hole in the urine plug to tie it on a string so it won’t get lost in the middle of the night. $9.00 to replace that plug.
Thanks for the review of the toilet. Got a few questions… How often do you need to change the bag? Do you need to seal the urine tank before travelling? Also, is it comfortable to sit on?
Hi. Our pleasure. We tend to change the bag every time we poo in it but we have gone 4 days without doing so and it was fine. We have the red bung which seals it completely although when we forget to put it in it has never been a problem even off road. Yes it’s comfortable to sit on. We don’t sit scrolling through reels, it may then start to be uncomfortable 😂😂. We love it, it’s been one of our top buys for our van and it makes life so much easier. Hope that helps 👍🏻🚐🚽
You can get the complete set for £227.37 + £12 postage. Boxio are having problems exporting to the UK but if you go through Amazon you should be able to sort it there. Hope that helps 👍🏻
@@spirit5_of_adventure yeah very happy, I’ve always used a ‘composting’ toilet, Seen people emptying chemical toilets and it’s not looked pleasant. You can’t be without a toilet up here in the highlands these days, responsible vanlife never been so important. Trobolo- prob a lot of money for what is essentially a bucket! 😂
@@jockmcallister Totally agree. There’s been a huge increase in irresponsible van/mobile home owners over the last couple of years. These toilets would stop a lot of illegal dumping of chemicals, etc 👍🏻

Good idea! I must admit we tend to leave it out all night so we don’t forget (we have before 🥺). We love ours too 👍🏻
