The Angels ownership group is the worst business group in the world. You had him and let him go. You had years to build a winning team around two MVP... make that TWO of the greatest mlb players of all time and failed
I guess they thought they made a good move and where are they now.. sitting at home watching Shohei going to the Fall Classic ( Great Move Angels ) I would bet their attendance went down since letting Ohtani go.
They did all they could. They had half of their players on the injury list half of the time including Mike Trout. And who would have guessed Anthony rendon would turn out to be such a dud. It's not a ma2of them keeping Shohei, it was a matter of Shohei wanting to stay there or not. And we all know he doesn't and who can blame him?
@@airtioteclint they didn't want to pay him, he reportedly allowed them to match the dodger's offer but they didn't, i think he liked the angels even though he didn't like losing, anyways, he's in a better place now and probably wouldn't be doing this with the angels due to the roster they'd be able to pitch around him most of the time
@@airtioteclint Ya thats true.. but I know Shohei wanted to make the playoffs..and he knew he had to choose a team that was going to the fall classic about every year.. but still glad he stayed in LA...
we know, they would've just put up good stats, the angels would've still missed the playoffs, their pitching would've sucked cuz they lost their ACE and the rest of the lineup is average at best
He’s incredible to watch. What a season.
Kershaw idea to step out of dugout and applaud Shohei 🥺I LOVE THIS TEAM MANNNNNNN
That makes me so emotional. What an honor. So much respect for Kershaw!!!!
The way they celebrate each other's victories and support each other during their shortcomings, such an amazing team
The goat!

They had the two best players of this generation and wasted them. Criminal

Next year, he'll keep breaking records by going for a triple crown in both pitching and hitting....😃

Mike Trout would've had an MVP season, but the Angels will not have a winning season with him having an MVP season
and then he proceeded to strike out, that's shohei always doing the unexpected :)
A lot of pressure at least he got 52/52
@@knguyen4c then he hit a go ahead home run later in the game and got 52/52 :)
@@ceruhermandez9651 i feel like the pressure should be off now since he's already hit the 50/50 mark, now everything he does is gravy
