  • In this week’s video I talk about how to make the beautiful and delicate traditional Japanese sweets called nerikiri wagashi (練り切り和菓子). I’ve wanted to make this video for a long time and I had a lot of fun making it (although it took ages to film and edit)! To be honest, I’m still a beginner too, and I have a lot to learn. Someday I would LOVE to learn from a professional in Japan. I have my eye on a course I would love to complete someday!
