    This is great because this is dinosaur era food, very few chefs are cooking like this and very few people are eating this type of food anymore. So seeing people being forced to do it for a stag at a 3 Micheline Star Restaurant is super funny to me at least.

    • @joshlewis575
      @joshlewis575 3 года назад +1

      Rich people will always get off on eating this kind of food. Fine dining ain't going nowhere. Not my cup of tea but I can appreciate the precision that goes into doing it. 3 stars is insane, u have to have delicious food but it needs to look n taste exactly the same every single time, that's tough.

    • @bensonfang1868

      This old fashioned stuff is more to test their improv skills and their ability to quickly pick up recipes. By having a dish they’d never done, it helps to get rid of any advantage people would have from having done it before

    • @Tennisisreallyfun
      @Tennisisreallyfun Месяц назад

      @@joshlewis575Try it before declaring that it’s “not your cup of tea”, you might change your mind. A bit too conservative, in certain ways. I'm not fond of his betrayal of Marco Pierre White. Albert is a brilliant chef, but with a skewed vision of the modern culinary industry. He's a true old-timer, and I mean this, in a good way, for certain things.
