Thanks for showing us this Sue. I find it incredible that someone can do this send out very poorly digitised work. Thank goodness the person who received it did a trial stitch out first. Love seeing your work around thanks for the hints and tips.

Wow such a difference after you fixed it and showed us the way it should be done. Whoever the digitiser is they should be made to look at your video to see how it should be done. I would have been furious if I had paid good money for this! Thanks Sue.

Thank you for doing this! I love the case files and always learn so much. That digitizer belongs in the Hall of Shame for passing off that file. You did a great job in showing how to fix it.

WOW! That is terrible; I hope she got her money back. Thanks Sue for showing us how hard it is to work on a stitch file. I think I would just start again too.

Oh my, that is not a very good digitizing job. It really hits home the need to stitch out your design as a test since on-screen and what stitches out can vary. Although I have to say that even the on-screen design that was done is not great. I am appalled that someone actually charged money for this design job. Thank you, Sue, for showing us how to "improve" on such a bad design job and it goes to show that manually digitizing is still the best way to go.

Pps I hope the “digitiser” actually gets to see this they may learn a few tips 😱😳

A simpler design would have been more effective, as far as the border transferring out properly for 50 of these, the detail wouldn't have stayed.

A more simple design will always be more effective. She was working with what she had, and it's important to get things digitized properly.

That's really bad. I'm surprised they have a business.
