Fucking Brilliant, Homie. If only the masses appreciated real Hip Hop Art like this. I'm still here listening. You just getting better with age. One of the few from our generation still pushing yet holding strong to the esthetic. People try to box up this style of art as Bap or "Golden Era" and attempt to attach it to a time period. It's so much more than that. It's an understanding, a point of view, a set of unwritten/unspoken rules of engagement. Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately, it's becoming more and more esoteric. Even with resurgence of "modern bap", it seems that a lot of the reference and nuance is lost on the ears of most listeners. Unable to decern Wack from Dope. Blueprint is Dope AF and continues to deliver and impress. Appreciate you.

So glad I subscribed to Weightless,one of only two subs I run. True musical artistry. Connecting at this time because like a previous person who commented,life is hard,trying to make my skills pay while staying true to my heart,soul and principles. Hampered for a long time by drug addiction,now I'm free. 111 days now,like the birds fly,but the downs hit home sometimes,but thoughts and words from others that help to lift you are priceless. I don't know when I will be able to afford this or any other vinyl,old or new made by artist with integrity,perseverence and rightness,which is hard as I've been Hip Hop,Jazz,Dub etc for thirty seven of my forty eight years. On my darkest days,suicide beckons but luckily I don't listen. I hear poets like Printmatic and Kwesi Johnson instead. So thanks,for the help,the strength and the example.
