Contract Strategy for ICE - Part 1

This is the first of five 1.5 hour webinars on contract strategy given to the Institution of Civil Engineers.
The aim of the series was for attendees to understand terminology and tools used to allocate risk & reward in construction contracts, especially under the NEC family of contracts, so that they would be able to intelligently contribute to the development of good contract strategy, so that projects are more successful.
This session covers the principles and process for developing a contract strategy before finishing off with a quick overview of the objectives of the NEC contract.
