    you are wrong with the 2 strategies for ZC sequence actually, ZC sequences are allocated for uplink reference signals. UEs use these sequences with a cyclic prefix for synchronization and channel estimation. The eNodeB assigns specific ZC sequences and cyclic prefix configurations to different UEs to ensure reliable communication and minimize interference
