Yes we follow the same Protocol for Chard, Golden Beets and Red Beets. but our seed density for those crops is 30G instead of 35G as the seeds are larger

Yes. I’d advise an indoor growing operation. That way you have full control of your growing environment year round regardless of the outdoor temps. Happy growing.

Watering? Frequency and qty? I understand qty will vary greatly, maybe compare to crop,
    Very low water like amaranth?
    Med water like broccoli
    High water like peas?
    Thanks those look amazing 👏

Hey Gareth. We will do a follow up and a video on watering schedules for all our different crop varieties. We have moved a lot of our grow to a flood and drain Pallet rack system, however i do see the importance of showing you watering habits as its crucial to the success of this crop. Stay tuned and we will do detailed watering video. Thanks for supporting the channel we appreciate you.

Have you had success with amaranth and beets in the flood and drain? I use pallet racks too. Been nervous to grow amaranth that way.
