Roblox has its fps capped at 60 at default. This is why you use a fps unlocker to uncap it to get above 60 fps. This does not boost your performance. It only lets you go above 60 fps.

it is official microsoft runtime so you will just need to install it before you can use some apps and one of those apps is bloxstrap
