패턴 뒷면에 본드를 바르는 가장 큰 이유는 재단시 패턴이 미끄러지는 현상을 방지하기 위함입니다.
The main purpose of doing this is to prevent the pattern from slipping when cutting.
이 방식을 사용하는 경우,가죽 상태에 따라 가죽 표면이 뜯겨나갈 수 있습니다.
If you use this method, the leather surface may tear depending on the condition of the leather.
테스트 후 이 방법을 사용하시기를 권장합니다.
We recommend using this method after testing.
다른 가죽에 몇번 붙였다 떼었다를 반복하면 끈끈함이 약해집니다.
If you repeat attaching and detaching it to other leathers a few times, the stickiness will weaken.
끈끈함이 약해진 다음 사용하면, 가죽 표면이 뜯기는 현상을 줄일 수 있습니다.
If used after the stickiness has weakened, tearing of the leather surface can be reduced.

Rubber cement can't be imported by air. It was possible many years ago, but in recent years customs from Japan or Korea have not allowed air transport. it was possible by sea post, but that became very expensive during and after COVID. North American made rubber cement you can buy here.

The main purpose is to prevent slipping. Sticky abilities only persist initially. You can reapply when the anti-slip ability disappears.

You can purchase an rubber based adhesive made for leather.
In Korea, STARBOND 950 is used.
However, other countries will use different adhesives with similar ingredients.
For this reason, you should ask a leather craftsman in your country about the adhesive used in your country.

I saw the similar way to paste patterns on leather by @studiohael . He said that glue would leave traces on vegetable tanned leather.Obviously you guys have different viewpoints so I would give it a try.Tks for your reply.

90% of the leather I use is vegetable leather.
If you are afraid of leaving traces on vegetable leather, you can reduce the stickiness by repeatedly attaching and detaching it from other leather.
The main purpose of doing this is to prevent the pattern from slipping when cutting.
