Hi ..i tried this energy bars recipe today, it turned out same but the measurement you have given for jaggery is not sufficient for the sweetness of the bars. Either you provide the jaggery measurement in grams as it turned out to be unsweetened. Thanks for such a healthy recipe.

Lovely snakes. I like phool Makhana. I eat it. But please suggest how much we can take it daily.
Everything well..untill U reached th sugar frying process..try to avoid heating up sugar as it turns to glucose and becomes toxic...same with honey...it cant surpass body temperature to stay healthy...but raw honey or raw jaggery can be added no problem....
