    Hello madam, I will always follow your guidance , I have reduced 16 kilo weight in 10 months but now 2 yrs has passed, I am not reduceding ,and the weight is moving flexible, and i having belly fat also .

    Hi ..i tried this energy bars recipe today, it turned out same but the measurement you have given for jaggery is not sufficient for the sweetness of the bars. Either you provide the jaggery measurement in grams as it turned out to be unsweetened. Thanks for such a healthy recipe.

    Everything well..untill U reached th sugar frying process..try to avoid heating up sugar as it turns to glucose and becomes toxic...same with honey...it cant surpass body temperature to stay healthy...but raw honey or raw jaggery can be added no problem....
