I get 179 glyph exp for completing Tier 59. Which is quite a bit higher than the 156 for tier 75 before.

I'm just not enjoying this content, for it being mega endgame content it feels pretty boring and not thoughtful at all by Blizz. It's a major let down! I'll give it a shot again over the weekend but I'm probably going to retire. Not fun at all.
