In my opinion, ingredients like hyaluronic acid, peptides and more can be easily found in the market in multiple other products, so for me until there is more transparency on the methods of extraction, I feel it’s an easy pass for me. Alternate products: Mixsoon Bean Essence The Ordinary Multi Peptide + Copper Peptides 1% Serum Minimalist Multi Peptide Serum Klairs Midnight Blue Youth Drops (All of these are preg/BF safe) Peptides in general aid in treating acne and even acne marks as they soothe the skin barrier and make the skin barrier resilient leading to fewer breakouts, and glowier, healthy skin. Also, my opinion still stands true to snail mucin serums of all the other Indian brands too who’ve recently duped it! Disclaimer - I’m not a dermatologist. Thoughts in this video are based on personal trial and research. Please patch test and do your own research before use.

They provide a food for other creatures and humans alike. Humans eat them in many countries. The all other serums you mentioned here,ordinary ,minimalist, kleirs,mixsoon I have used all of them. Every single time I use those, I got pimples and eventually damaged my skin barrier. But snail muscin didn't irritate my skin. My skin is oily acne prone sensitive skin. I can surely say that other options are not safe for skin type like mine.

But her suggestions like dermaco sunscreen didn't work for my oily skin. Instead the fixderma shadow SPF worked well. Now before buying any product that the influencers show, I check the ingredients with an ingredient checker and then I buy them. It's sad that I damaged my skin barrier not once not twice actually 3 times. I am not going to get influenced by anyone anymore from now. I also check the ingredients in hair products with an ingredient checker then only I am buying. It helped a lot. With the influencer effects not tarini only but all other, I bought a shelf full of products that I can't even use! It's a waste and I regret it now.
Also i don't know which news agencies she's talking about because I've heard it's impossible to extract the mucin if the snails are stressed. They would literally contaminate the mucin leaving it unusable if they were under stress. It's very likely cruelty free plus it's a Korean brand so we can hope for ethics.

Following all the hype in 2021, I purchased this product even when it was outside my budget. I have oily and acne prone and milia prone skin. I found it to be quite hydrating and nourishing and it did make my skin feel super smooth. But I started noticing that some milia that I already had around my eyes became worse and many started on my cheeks as well. The thing with milia is that they’re really hard to get rid of unless you see a dermatologist and get it lasered or cut off. That was when I started kind of hating the product. But I do think its a great product but just not for everyone, especially those with milia.
I myself have 3-4 milia on my face and I've been using this snail mucin for the past 7-8 months and absolutely loving it. It does nothing to my milia but the rest of the skin stays healthy.

It started to clog my pores and i had more than half a bottle left so i started using as a hair serum before my curl cream and it makes my frizz prone curly hair so soft and tamed you can add it to your conditioner as well or use it as a pre wash treatment if it doesnt work for your skin

Anyone with very dry skin that literally needs a lot of moisturizer, this one is not for u. This one purchase is the one I regret the most. Such a waste of money. It was literally like aloe vera gel. Within minutes it gets absorbed and no moisturizing after that.
Maybe it didn't work for your skin but you can't say that for every person with dry skin. I myself had the driest skin, literally needed to apply moisturizer every 2 hours but after using this mucin, my skin has healed ❤
I have loved this product and will continue to buy. I don't see any damn logic for not buying. Snails are anyway harvested as food. So if not this, any which ways snails will be harvested. And if you are so very much genuinely concerned to use "cruelty free" products, then very first thing you should stop is consuming meat, milk and any dairy products. It's okay. Cosrx itself cleared the confusion about harming any snails and they're already a cruelty free certified brand. As long as it's claimed that no snails are harmed by the brand then it's true. And if any snails are harmed, then it'll lose it's nutritious values and won't be usable anymore. As the product is really being effective and works for many people that proves it's cruelty free. Also in terms of korean brands, we can hope for ethics and morals.

yes, they do. infact the mixsoon bean essence is far better than cosrx in acne prone skin. a bit costly bt worth it.
