Dear Sir
I am facing issue to connect my device in smart office desktop software, my device is indigo face 8 and getting error unable to connect error code 2. I check IP and all settings are correct but it it not add my device.

Sir, Indigoface8 device works with smartoffice web software.. and u r using desktop software...pl.install smartoffice web software..
