We had inventory and deploy where I use to work and I now have a new job and I miss having these tools. This stuff pays for itself even in a small firm.
Without seeing the specifics, I would recommend opening a ticket with support. They can take a look at what might be preventing this from working for you.
One of the major differences is our pricing model. We license per admin not by machine or end node. I would also recommend checking out our products page at pdq.com. By combining PDQ Inventory with PDQ Deploy, you will be able to easily automate much of your patch management and free up a significant amount of time.

Is there any way to integrate PDQ with Azure and/or O365? I'd like to be able to lookup a user in Azure and see what computer their logged onto etc
We currently don't have a way to natively integrate in that way. However, If you have a hybrid that has an on-premise DC, you may be able to.
@@pdq I do! We have an on prem DC. Is there any info you could lead me to on that?
@@tuckerh9664 Please reach out to support@pdq.com. They will be able to get you additional information.
What makes PDQ Inventory different from other services, like Lansweeper?

Lansweeper is garbage whereas PDQ isn't
