1. You sometimes put your lead foot back together with your rear foot. 2. You don’t seem to really hit the jab with enough hip swing. 3. Your hand goes down after throwing the hook. 4. Your rear hand recoils back which it should stay in place to protect your head. Nevertheless you’re really good 👍
apart from what everyone else is saying. lead up to the hook is really long and super telegraphed. might be your style but it's crazy obvious and not fast/hard enough if you're training for power
Your transition from Jab to Hook is disconnected. In both strikes your guard is too loose and your cover exposes too much vulnerability. During your Hook, you’re generating too much power from the top down and letting your shoulder command too much.
Dropping guard every time ye hits the bag

Goes down before uppercut
Is it the right hand coming up to protect face after right upper ?
This sound of the punches is hella satisfying 😍
Stop resetting and keep hands always up always

Aint using feet to set up hook
I’d jab & weave off center line, mike Tyson style crouch to the side the hook is coming from.
He's giving the much tougher fighter too much time to fight back
I feel like he doesn’t swing his hips at all on his hook (besides dropping his guard like everybody else said)
I think you put your hands down after punching, definitely leaving you vulnerable not putting back up your guard after punching
Rhythm step.
Ur good but the hands come down when u pop out

Is it that he's in southpaw and throwing a right gut hook?
Edit: Rather than opposed to Orthodox where its more suitable
First mistake - this music...
El saco; ¿Y si golpeas como hombre?
