Ingredients-
2 tbsps oil
1 tbsp ghee
2 sliced onions
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 green chillies
3 chopped tomatoes
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
salt as per taste
1 cup lal masoor ki dal (washed and soaked in water for 30 minutes)
1 glass of hot water
handful of methi (fenugreek)
