Garden preserves report 2022

Hi all,
in this difficult gardening year, I managed to preserve some of the harvest. It is not much, but it is still something, and it will do us well. Here is the list od all of the preserves:
- dried calendula petals
- pear cake filling
- rose hip jam or marmalade
- blackberry jam
- pickled radish seed heads (plain and dilled)
- gooseberry compote
- rose hip tea
- amaranth
In the freezer are:
- blackberries
- swiss chard
I did make some other things with purchased veg and fruit, but these are the things I harvested from my garden, that I preserved despite the hardships.
They make my heart happy :)
