That means it can be either in-game sprite (like Amiya's Victoria arc outfit), operator or skin. W and Logos didn't have the stars for operator for her near her, only Ascalon and Theresa had those.
This event is called “Tower of Babel” and it’s about the very deep lore behind Babel. You thought lone trail had crazy lore reveals? This one throws you straight into the abyss. It’s also a very painful story as well.

2:10 I forgot cement existed for a second and legitimately thought that was mumei Skins are nice as always but this batch is probably the most underwhelming we had in a while. Especially since I figure most qiubai users on global already bought the nat geo skin

@slonik0002 don't all limited units end up getting a skin a year after their release? At least that's what's been happening for a while now. Eyja alter got released a year ago on the 4th anniversary, and this is going to be the 5th anniversary.

For Global, we’re 6 months behind CN. 6 months ago is Summer… so Yostar decided that our nth anniversary would be CN’s summer event - 2nd was Dossoles, 3rd was Gavial hijacking the Durins, 4th was Eyja, and 5th will be whatever CN has as their summer event.
