Do you ever get to the SF Bay Area? My back is a mess and I need help. The surgery is a big deal and chiropractic has really helped me over the years. This is the best video I have seen ever on this subject and I need someone just like you
Man my chiropractor has been doing exactly what you said not to do. I have acute spondylolistises with sciatic pain and the last 5 visits he puts me on my side and presses on L5 🤦🏽♂️ and i have not been able to walk
Hi, I have this, The vertebrae pushes on spinal canal when walking. Resting ok. They want to do fusion, but I am extremly hesitant, since I have other issues higher up. Q: I put a roller on table and put up leg 90dgree, foot on roller and stretch right side of back outwards. This gives some relief. Is this ok ? Is the spondys. always pushing forward or can it go other directions too ?
I have spondy. Two surgeons said fusion L5-- S1. I'm currently working out every day to strengthen my core, glutes, hamstrings. Cold plunge, steam room, doing everything i can to avoid fusion. 👍🏻💪🏻
This is very good to know. My chiropractor, now me former, did all the wrong things, because he misread the Xray.
Finally somebody that is telling us what NOT to do. thanks for that!
I am suffering from spondylolisthesis at L5-S1. It has help me to know more about the issue. Thank you Dr. 🙏
