I have the full concept2 line in my home gym- the bike erg, the echo bike, the ski erg, and the rower. This is by FAR the most versatile piece of them all. It blows me away when I see reviews about the ski erg that are positive, but think all you can do is the standard ski. Great video.

I think on the ski part it is good to come up on to your toes as your hands are at the top. Works the calf as well
Great tip! Engaging your calves by coming up on your toes can enhance the exercise. Just remember to maintain proper form. Thanks for the suggestion!

You need to strengthen your muscles and burn fat to tone your arms, so if you do a little of this and some other videos you will get the best result.

@@PrivateGYMFitness i am noticing a bit of soreness in my elbow. Any tips to mitigate this ?
Maybe you have been training too hard or too much of the same exercises…. Try some strength exercises to work around the soreness and stabilise those muscles.
Or maybe a few days recovery and eat healthy food to repair your elbow 👍🏼🤩

All exercises for your upper you can do without feeling the soreness in your elbow. You have to feel it in the right muscles when doing strength training… feel, try and adjust… I can’t guide you more… normally I only do this in a personal training session… much easier 💪💪💪🤩
Also annoying is the google ads playing during the workout.

I did this workout yesterday at the gym. I thought the movements were good but the rest time was too much (30 seconds rest per rep). I think even for an easy workout this workout could be more challenging. I was at resistance level 10 towards the end and wasn't feeling that feeling you get from a HIIT workout. Nevertheless, I enjoyed it and I hope we can start getting something a bit harder.
This is for people who are beginners, Level 1 workouts are never challanging for internediate. In some months i will do a Level 2 👍🏼😃💪
The whistling is very annoying
