These are the most delicious rolls from childhood! Grandma always greeted me with these rolls. The yogurt dough is very tasty and without yeast! Be sure to prepare it and everyone will be delighted!

Ingredients and recipe:
- Egg 1 piece.
- Sugar 3 tbsp.
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
- Vanilla sugar 1 tsp.
1. Mix with a whisk
- Kefir 150 ml
- Vegetable oil 90 ml (6 tbsp)
2. Stir again
- All-purpose wheat flour 400 g (add in parts)
- Baking powder 1 tsp.
3. Mix all ingredients with a spatula
4. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
5. Place the dough on the table
6. Knead for 5-6 minutes, the dough should become smooth and not stick to your hands.
7. Watch the video until the end so as not to miss important points
8. Grease the plate with vegetable oil
9. Cover with cling film and place in the fridge for 30-35 minutes
10. Dough weight 720 g.
11. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts
12. Roll them into a ball
13. Place each ball on baking paper
14. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes
- Egg yolk 1 pc.
- Milk 1 tbsp.
15. Stir
16. Dip the dough ball in egg yolk and milk
17. Next, dip in brown sugar
18. It's very simple, you will definitely do it!
19. Transfer to baking paper
20. Do the same with the remaining pieces of dough.
21. These are the beautiful buns we make!
22. Make cuts, repeat after me
23. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20 minutes
24. The buns are beautiful, golden with a crispy crust!

Thank you for this lovely recipe.
Unfortunately given amount of baking powder was too much, taste turned bitter. I suggest to add not more than 1 tea spoon of baking powder. It will be more than enough 🌺
