This video gave me (someone who knows little about ocd) a huge insight into what people with ocd go through. Massively proud of all three of you for having the courage to share these stories. Will watch more episodes for sure, keep up the great work folks.
❤❤❤
We really appreciate that Slayer!
Thanks for coming to the real talk Gemma! Great insights
Thank you for having me!
So proud of you my girl ❤️
Is there anyway or possibility you would take me on Nick? I can't afford the prices of the sessions and I'm about to be homeless cone the 1st of next month. I would pay later or work for you in anyway. Please man I feel like you would help my life and I would be forever in your debt. Let me do anything you need but I want your help!!!
I know you do this out of love and to help people, and I know there's people worse off than me and also better off, I'm just asking if there's anyway I can make something happen with you until i get the funds or just work for my sessions in some capacity? I'm about to lose everything I've worked so hard for and I'm out of options. I'm hoping the spirit in you to help me. I'll do anything man. Anything at all. Please.
Great video, thank you!
Always appreciate your support buddy!

How can I become a member and share my story?
Hi Nick, Momin, and Gemma. Just a question on disputing our irrational beliefs.
Should we be writing them out everytime we do them, or is it a write it once and read again every other day subject ?
Hey, there’s no set in stone method. In fact, if we’re trying for one, we could be trying to ‘perfect recovery’. Give both a go!
@@gemmabonney6603 ok thanks, I've been doing all my disputing in my head which has been working for me. I just feel like ocd is creeping back in. I know the road isn't linear, just want to be doing it right.
@@Mylo.C I would advise against doing it in your head. Can I ask why you’re doing it in your head?
@@gemmabonney6603 No reason really, I don't have many irrational beliefs so I've been doing it in my head. I will start to do it though. It's easier to do a math equation on paper so maybe I will benefit.
@@Mylo.C Try on paper, I think as you’re writing, you will likely find more you weren’t aware of. 😊
Which book did Gemma read?
Hey Jade, all of the reading list but the book I refer to in the video is the first book on the reading list ‘how to stubbornly refuse to make yourself miserable about anything, yes anything’ by Dr Albert Ellis.
@@gemmabonney6603 thanks so much :)
