I reckon you're totally wrong regarding winter and summer migration. Winter's the best time of the year in SEQ. And also the worst time down south! I don't reckon people run away from the crap weather in Melbourne during summer! (Love your work otherwise Jacob thanks)

You are clearly not very familiar with the Gold Coast (mispronounced many suburbs) and current growth. Quoting growth rates over the GFC for some suburbs and then growth post 2020 for others is quite misleading. I am sure your friends from Hope Island who had 10 Years of no growth have doubled their investments in the last few years. You pointed to mountainous areas in the Scenic Rim for future growth (unlikely) and then ditched Coomera. I guess Westfield and Cosco missed your memo. Not to mention the train line and road infrastructure in the northern gold coast currently. I think anyone looking to this for investment advice should fact check for themselves !!!
