The building he is living in is called Signature which is arguably one of the best buildings in Broadbeach. A 1 bed in there starts at $800K. Just crazy what is going on in the GC market now. Beautiful place but this are highly over-valued properties for an area that is still pretty small.

It was such a hassle to prove to the security guard that we actually lived on the island.
