This is a scale routine that decreases in SBD’s and increases in pull ups.

Routines like this strengthen my forearm and biceps .The full break down of the routine is post on my patreon.

When Zef says "This should be an easy one." Lookout!
One day I'll meet him in person, I've been following him since 2010. It's always been a breath of fresh air for me!! and it's nostalgic to see his videos, it reminds me of many good times when I trained in public squares!!
Salute from Kazakhstan brothers🤜🤛
After i watch zef i feel like working out
Me too 😄👊🏽
Yooo let's go zef. I'm always hyped for new videos! Keep it up love from Italy 💯💥
Always on point 🔥🤟
If Zef dropped, we know it's a tough routine. The penalty is killer too. Bruh could've made the penalty 10 push-ups. The routine is hard enough. Good stuff. 👏🏾
👊🏽💯🅱️🅱️
Now I'm motivated to get back to training again
great training
dope routine
killer!💪🏻 After you get off the bar you do 50 pushups? that's the rule? thanks
Legend !✌
Nice !
The good ole days 💯BB4LIFE
Lookin good
Should be an easy one...for the elites! hahah 🔥🔥🔥🔥💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
Damn thats pain ... and the 50 for penalty is torture ... if this isn't diabolical ... LMAO .... I GOTTA GO AT THIS ONE !
Bro didn’t even mention the muscle ups it takes to get into the dip position 😏💪🏾🫡
What about tendons' pain?
Please, articulate on that in all honesty, thank you and congrats!
To prevent tendon pain what a lot of people do here is not fully extend their arms and keep a slight bend. What that does is keep the tension on the muscles. When fully extended that tension is put on the elbow joints.
@@deanfillery8652 can you still make gains that way? Recently I developed quite a serious biceps tendonitis on my left shoulder making me very painful when doing dips (although lately the pain has decreased quite significantly since I stopped doing dips for a while for almost a month now}. Tried dips again yesterday but the pain was still quite bothersome and I'm planning to not do them again for more months to fully heal my tendon.
You also have to consider that he’s put in years of training and his tendons may be acclimated to this. I wouldn’t recommend this kind of volume if you’re not well trained.
