    Hi Chris, I love the Christmas spirit 🎄🎄thanks for putting this together! question on multifamily. Do the stats only include 5+ units or includes +2-4 as well.

      Thanks for the kind words, Yvonne! The MFR stats are for everything on the MLS with 2 units or more...so it's a blend of 2-4 and 5+.
