The game looks very interesting and gorgeous, and your playthrough showcased it very well. Nicely done!
Oh, Anthony forgot to score 8 points for his Wonder at 24:30, so the final score would have been 139-138. Frances still won, but it was so close!

Super cute baby! But, I think Francis' starting play at about the 15:00 mark was invalid. All new starting Bids must begin either adjacent to any existing structure on the map, or start anywhere on the small center island. I think the "White space (neighborhood) with the C on it" was not adjacent to any structure.
