De Santis single-handedly ruined the whole condominium HOA situation by forcing every single building that’s over three stories high to have reserves. And on top of that now you’re paying the reserves which is money sitting there that they’re just gonna waste on stupid things or even steal, and you had to still pay assessment fees, and on top of that, the HOA has gone up, even though there are still reserves. He made all these people homeless in a matter of months.
Most HOA have reserves to cover large projects and repairs. It’s part of the budget
Was it not the deregulation of government oversight in Florida which led to the lack of inspections/enforcement which caused the collapse of that condo complex where all those people died?

This legislation provides state reimbursement for a free breakfast and lunch to all students at schools participating in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and the School Breakfast Program (SBP).
