Tbh I do like how Yukari made a rather refreshing 180. Yes, she can be cruel, but she's a lot happier than I remember. It's nice to see a character I wasn't much of a fan of get to be better.
She was getting happier near the end of the story. Besides, with a backstory as fucked up as Yukari’s can you blame her for not being happy for quite a bit of time?

Something I don't understand is, in the P3 Side, Mitsuru seemed like she didn't want Labrys to tell her where Sho went. So he wont be captured But in the P4 side, she wants Sho to be captured, by asking Yu and the IT to help find Sho?
It’s because since Labrys was the MC in the P3 route of Arena Ultimax and was the one to fight Sho, she decided against finding him for her as she also emphatizes with being made into a weapon against her will by the past Kirijo Group just like him. Wheras Yu is only just some random teenager that just happens to remind her of Makoto in the P4 route. That’s why Mitsuru basically let Sho off the hook as something of a favor to Labrys, basically.
The thing about episode P3 in comparison to episode P4 is that it gives the persona 3 characters a lot more closure that neither Persona 3 nor FES the answer gave us. You get plenty of closure in persona 4, especially in golden but this episode gives amazing closure for these loved characters as well as giving them a chance to show themselves as individuals which is why (in my opinion) episode P3 is far superior. I think that Persona 4 arena should have focused on the persona 4 characters mostly as it did and that the campaign of arena ultimax could have been extended with a main focus of the Persona 3 cast with some 4 thrown in there. This game was way more Persona 3 focused anyway with Ikutski and Labrys joining the P3 cast. I just think it would’ve been much better.

It's kinda dissapointing not hearing much of Shinjiro Aragaki, Strega and the Abyss of Time, yet alone not developing Fuuka Yamagishi like they did Risette Kujikawa.
I don’t consider the former a negative because the human villains in 3 were by far the worst ones, but the latter... yeah- Fuuka needed more since she is easily the most bland party member of SEES.
Rise is such a favoured character. She gets like 5 character arcs throughout the multiple games when characters like Yukiko stop developing after their arc is over in the original game and get nothing in the spinoffs. Don't get me wrong, I think Rise is an amazing character. But it's unbalanced.

You're not supposed to feel heartbroken or sad seeing the victims, you're supposed to feel tensed and afraid. Like things are really serious and dangerous here. It's not necessary for the player to get fully introduced to the characters. It's just that those deaths were there to make us feel that this story is serious.

They tried not to drag them in, but the fact is that the Shadow Operatives needs to be people aware of Shadows and also Persona users. Its rarer for adults to be Persona users, whereas teens or kids are more likely. However, they aren't actually keen on those kinds of things, but if the situation cannot be helped, there's no helping it.
How is that any different from when the Shadow Operatives themselves were recruited? Mitsuru was just a little girl when she got her Persona. Plus, it's not like Yu and the others really gave her much of a choice in the matter.
They didn't drag anyone, the P4 group got sucked in the moment Sho choose to attacked their town so if you're going to blame someone blame him, Mitsuru even makes a comment about making the P4 group fall back to Yu and let the Shadow Ops handle the problem in the first arena game but she knows they won't listen to her because the attack on Inaba is personal to them, it's even referenced here.

Cammy Games this is just non canon but in order to get true ending you have to play this side to But the order to watch P3 P4 Persona Q cannon P4 side Canon Arena Labrys and Yu Narukami stories and you can watch a few of the other characters stories non canon but some is sort of a tie in to learn how and what they are doing but their stories are not canon but a tie in then it's Ultimax P4 side with Adachi side Then P4 Golden ending then Dancing All Night
