Abigail, I typically don’t switch up my skin care during the year or for weather changes. I do drink more water and I love to put a mask of Vaseline brand petroleum jelly on as a light moisture or mask and I am amazed at my skin afterwards. It is incredibly healing. I’m lucky I don’t wear foundation or concealer so I’m able to keep my skin healthy all year round. I take vitamin D everyday. Great suggestion! Im not aware of there being an issue with Nuface and dental implants. you can naturally get a metal taste in your mouth from useing these types of gadgets
