Some countries were colonised by France, Portugal, Holland and many others. Not all African countries have English as their "official" language. Was just thinking, yesterday, and wondering if there is a relationship to being conservative vs being liberal, not as an absolute, but as a factor, of people that live in one place (or mostly one place) their whole lives vs people that have lived in several places throughout the country.
