Great stuff Sam, the difference after all the adjustments is night and day. Just a quick thing on Cmnd D to duplicate... I found out recently, if you hover over the header area of the track you want to duplicate and hold down option command (while dragging down with your mouse) It duplicates the track and actually copies down the recorded part into the exact same space on the duplicate track. Will save you a nano second per duplication : ).
