- In today's video I will be showing you how to make the seriously addictive crack burger! This has to be one of the most viral cookings videos around right now, and for good reason! I chose to cook these on my griddle, but you definitely can grill them, but you just have to be careful because these patties are very fragile and can break easily, so just be careful flipping them. You're going to want to give this crack burger recipe a try! They are fun, easy, and oh so delicious!

Full Recipe:
| Ingredients |
-1lb of 80/20 ground beef
-1/4 cup cooked and chopped bacon
-2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
-3 tablespoons sour cream
-1 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese
-Kraft Singles for topping
-Burger toppings of your choice
-Brioche buns
-SuckleBusters SPG
| Instructions |
Prep:
1. Start off by cooking the bacon, and then chop enough for 1/4 cup.
2. To a bowl, add the 80/20 ground beef, ranch seasoning, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix thoroughly.
3. After you mix the ingredients, form into patties. I used this burger press to form my patties: amzn.to/44L60me

| Cooking |
1. Set your griddle to low temperature, and cook the burgers on one side until a nice crust developes. Toast your buns during this part as well.
2. After a nice crust has developed on one side, flip, and continue cooking.
3. Once the burgers are about done, throw a piece of cheese on them and cook until melted.
4. Once the cheese has melted, remove the burgers from the griddle.
5. Assemble your burgers with whatever toppings and condiments you choose. I went with romaine lettuce, thin sliced seasoned tomatoes, and some japanese mayo.
6. Eat and enjoy these seriously addictive crack burgers!

when I mix my ingredients I found it better to mix all the loose ingredients together before mixing with the meat. One thing that I did different was add some diced jalapeños. Made for a nice taste.

As much as I love to use the smoker and the grill, nothing beats a burger on a griddle or cast iron skillet. You can only get that crust from a flat, hot surface. Look great.

I’ve been using the Mexican cheese mix , burger patty on parchment paper w cheese on top ; microwave it ( some cheese melt /crisp ) . 😅 lol hippy cheese

Good recipe - one suggestion tho, from a production standpoint, maybe next time cut the burger in half so we can see the inside before you biting into it.
Nah. I don’t cut my burgers in half when I eat at home or restaurants, I’m not doing it for RUclips. What the inside of my burger looks like shouldn’t matter. Cook to your desired temp and enjoy 👍🏼.

That looked more like butter lettuce than romaine lettuce to me. Still, those burgers looked PHENOMENAL!!!!!!
I wanted butter lettuce, but they were out. I promise it was romaine, came in a twin pack lol. It’s just the way I folded it on the bun.
I would have used the American cheese from the grocery store deli, not the processed stuff, these burgers need real cheese.
Any type of American cheese is processed. The deli kind is just a huge log of it, instead of little slices.
