They played 33 songs in their tour finale in Yokohama Arena. They left off enough hits that they played a spinoff show afterwards to cover another 20 or so 😂
Lanae, "Manners/Black Hole" is one of the best two-fer videos to define the talent and versatility of any rock group. One gets you in a pure funk groove and the second one wears you out with it's frenetic/ chaotic sounding meter. "Black Hole" is the fastest metered Band-Maid song to date. It's 220 BPM (beats per minute) was rated by Akane on a difficulty scale she gives each score as "Hell". Kanami, the "Wonderful Little Genius" is always pushing herself and her bandmates to improve and get the best out of themselves from every song. That is why their live concerts are such a high-energy experience. I've been to two of them (and plan to attend more). They are worth every penny spent and every hour spent standing in line. If you and your husband are fortunate to attend a Band-Maid concerts, please take the time to interact with the die-hard Maidaics. You'll find we are some of the friendly, kind, caring and sharing fanbases anywhere.
What a showcase!!! They're so locked-in during Black Hole...so complex but you hear every part clear as day. Every Maid is on FIRE :-)

I saw Van Halen, Rush in the old days and if I had ONE concert to go to for the rest of my life ….Band Maid is an EASY choice. MISA and Kanami are easily the best around today and Akane is a drummer who is underrated among Non-BandMaid fans. I love her❤. Saiki is the best female rock voice since I can remember backed up by Miku who can be lead on any other band. A fun note about Black Hole - Kanami came up with seven variants of the song, ranging in difficulty from Easy to Hell. The band chose Hell without hesitation. That's one of the things I treasure about Band Maid. They are always challenging each other to get better, to go beyond their limits and try new things.

Blues rock to speed metal, Band-Maid has that ability to cover any genre they want, and kill it! We Maidiac's have come to say that Band-Maid is their own genre!

Great reaction. This was from one of their online concerts during the pandemic lockdown. The maids were feeling down and were missing their fans, so they started doing streaming concerts. It saved the maidiacs from going crazy. Thanks for continuing to react to Band-Maid.

Great reaction! It was Akane's drumming that hooked me on the first video I watched 8 years ago. Since then, all the girls are so talented that there is no way for me to pick a favorite.

In the midst of all the 1000 mph music you have beautiful harmonies of the Mighty Miku Kobato and the Queen of Hearts Saiki Atsumi. Like the flight of the bumblebee with Hellfire Missles from a squadron of Blackhawk helicopters. MISA and Akane Hirose are astoundingly inventive! Kanami Tono is a genius! But just imagine how flat this would be without Miku's vocal harmonies! A miracle of a band! Excellent reaction as usual!!!

Ask other maidiacs and they will give you "more" song suggestions.
The crazy thing is that whether I love their songs or not, I know almost all their songs and can hum along with them.😂
BAND-MAID have the best Rhythm Section in the business! Akane & MISA attended the Tokyo School Of Music together. So they know what their doing. It was Akane that suggested bringing MISA on board to BAND-MAID. And, though she has be hesitant at times, the first to ditch the apron and the Tiny Hat, even thinking about quitting for a time, she's all in now. Along with the other Darkness Sister, Saiki, they give BAND-MAID their edginess. If you look all the way back to the beginning in 'Thrill' the red on their dresses is a darker red than the others. And since she insisted on wearing no shoes and All Black, she became known as The Barefoot Assassin. She's also known as The Cool Asian Beauty. And is easily the most popular, but doesn't have to show off. Unlike Fami of LOVEBITES, she can go stealth and lay back in the groove. LOVEBITES is a Show Off Noodle Meister Band. But MISA and all of BAND-MAID play tastefully, only showing off where called for.
Well done miss Lanae! My recommendation is OLV for "Endless Story". Kanami's outro sequence in this song hits me every time.

Manners is one of my top 3 songs, the groove is just killer. As you are an avowed fan of Akane at this point I must tell you, you are required to watch her be the happiest drummer on earth in Freedom (live)

Fyi, Band-Maid is called themselves as a hardrock band. But, their songs are massive! They can do rock, hard rock, soft rock, ballads, metal or all-in-one. They have over 100 catalogue in 11 years since they 2013.
Do not see their "kawaii" image trick you! I repeat. DO NOT LET THEIR IMAGE TRICK YOU!!!. They look cute but their songs are POWERFUL!!!!
If you want to know how they formed this band or know them better, I suggest you watch their interview (gold rush is the highly recommended) or documentaries (ohrenje's YT channel) or both.
You may want to check out a couple of tracks they did for their acoustic live Christmas stream they did for their fans when everything was shut down during Covid. If you want to really hear Miku's voice, check out Sayonakidori acoustic live. They recomposed several songs to present them as acoustic versions for this show. It's crazy good.

Do you have a limiter on you r mic? It cuts out. Anyway, Akane's nick name is "The Beast". This banana powered Half Gorilla and Half Drum Machine can play anything, well almost. Kanami's drum programing challenges her. Sometimes she will say, "This drum part cannot be played by a human being". Or she needs five arms to play it. But she finds a way. Maybe her name should be spelled Ocane, for Octopus.
Just pick a song cause there are no bad ones from these ladies!
I love your reactions! Your genuinesness and enthusiasm is great. BUT the sound quality of the videos make it hard to listen to. It sounds like you're using the mic for the music video sound as well as for your voice. I'm no expert but that's not the way to do it. The music video audio needs to use a line in input, not a microphone.
