I got my daughter one of these for Christmas last year and when we fired it up for the first time, I reacted in a way similar to your reaction right there! This thing is tiny but it sounds amazing for the $25 that we paid for it. Perfect for hanging at the beach with some tunes. We love ours. Oh, and your reviews and energy are fantastic. Keep it up!

Really enjoyed your review, your expression when you heard the sound was amazing. You were really enjoying the music out of that little BOMB of a speaker. The tiny front firing dual speakers have got a lot of bass plus there is a dedicated bass radiator at the bottom behind that grill. That's why its got so much bass and it also keeps jumping around. Awesome speaker for the money.

haha I actually have some old Pioneer wooden speakers that used to be apart of a whole home audio set up that I used to mix and master music for years. I still have them in fact, I have my desktop pc on one and a bunch of other tech on the other. It's amazing how those old units still hold up till now. Planning to replace my jbl microwireless, im going to pass it to my son. Which is better? JBL flip3 P3,000, Oontz angle3 P1,600 and Sony XB10 P2,900. Bass and SQ is my priority.

Not sure, I've never really eq'ed it...if anything I would tweak it to really get the best mids and low end out of it.

2. a splash of water on it might be cool but I really wouldn't test it, I don't remember any specific water resistant rating

5. hell yeah, still my most used small speaker. Check my uploads for a review on the sm400 from sbode has almost all those features your want.
how about rock songs? or maybe metal?

do you think it's loud enough for a classroom environment? big but quiet rooms and only listen to people talking most of the time.
it could work, but they make bigger speakers that I would use for that type of situation

hey have you checked out the angle 3 plus? it was only like $7 more so i went ahead and purchased that one. i read quite a few reviews on amazon and it seems like the overall quality of the 3 plus is a tad bit nicer in sound and bass but people seem to agree that the base 3 is louder. if you know anything about the 3 plus, id like to hear your thoughts :)

can i use this with my gaming desktop? is it good if i use this on my pc???? because i dont want a big speakers pairing with a subwoofer and it consumes a lot of space :/
I mean technically you can keep it powered and paired to your pc by bluetooth or the aux port, I don't know if I would go that route but I have used it on location paired up to a laptop and enjoyed it.
