    Why is the last ACSO in the video flying a jet fighter? Looking at the current RCAF operational fleet, this must be really rare. Is it just a specific training phase?

      pretty sure he is the back seater in an Alpha Jet from 414 Electronic Warfare Support Squadron. I think a civilian contractor called Top Aces employs retired fighter pilots to fly their fleet of Alpha Jets, which do electronic warfare development from the back seat with ACSO's from 414, and this is all through the Contracted Airborne Training Services (CATS) program.

      Yes in the US Air Force they're called CSOs, and in the US Navy they're called RIOs. Remember Goose and Maverick?😂
