Don’t ya think you need update videos
Best time of my life
Seems like an amazing role.
Why is the last ACSO in the video flying a jet fighter? Looking at the current RCAF operational fleet, this must be really rare. Is it just a specific training phase?
pretty sure he is the back seater in an Alpha Jet from 414 Electronic Warfare Support Squadron. I think a civilian contractor called Top Aces employs retired fighter pilots to fly their fleet of Alpha Jets, which do electronic warfare development from the back seat with ACSO's from 414, and this is all through the Contracted Airborne Training Services (CATS) program.
@@robertross7666 I am now an ACSO student. You are right ;)
@@burmavalley7860 oh right on, when were you commissioned?
@@robertross7666 A year ago.
@@burmavalley7860 good luck with the rest of your career, hope everything goes well for you.
OCWS,

Just reinventing the Nav position, because a cheap GPS could have done a better job, lol
Was this trade available in 1970 I don't recall
Yes in the US Air Force they're called CSOs, and in the US Navy they're called RIOs. Remember Goose and Maverick?😂
Can an AES OP become ACSO ?
If you have the the eligible education required I think you can
