Hey y'all! In this video, I'll be sharing how I make my egg roll bowls! These are so fresh, light, and delicious. They can be customized to be keto friendly, veggie style, etc.; the sky's the limit! I hope you'll give this one a try. Enjoy💋
Here's what you'll need:
1 pound of ground chicken (or protein of choice)
Olive oil and Sesame oil for sauteing veggies
1/2 onion julienned
1c julienned carrots
3c thinly sliced cabbage
Seasonings used: ground ginger, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, red pepper flakes, a little sugar to taste...minced garlic, garlic paste, ginger paste
Garnish: chopped green onion and sesame seeds
