Hi Wendy! Sorry you were under the weather for Thanksgiving. So many cute finishes. I really love that hedgehog piece. I didn't realize Needlework With Jim used to be Silkweaver. I just ordered from there for the first time --a piece of Azure Blue destined for Lake Como Chatelaine. The Stoney Creek Flowers of the Month are so pretty! Hope to see you at the Jingle Ball! Hi there! I'm sorry it's taken awhile to reply. I'm behind on everything, but I finally have the house mostly decorated! After not having any sicknesses for over four years, I guess my time was due for something. 😆 I rarely get sick and so far the younger two still haven't been lucky recipients. Silkweaver sold their dyeing recipes to Needlework with Jim. I hope you had a positive experience. The last I ordered was pre2020 and had several orders that went unfavorably. Since then I noticed he opened an Etsy shop, but I haven't shopped it. Silkweaver had such a variety of hand dyeds and didn't break the bank. Anyway, I hope you've got all your stockings hung and enjoying the holiday season. Oh, and the Jingle Ball! I made it to class late, but still got to watch most of it. I'm not sure if I'll get on there tomorrow or not. I hope that you're having a good time ballin' this weekend! 😄
@WendysWhimsicalStitches The fabric I got seems fine. I haven't started stitching on it yet. The stockings are indeed up. With a shorter season between Thanksgiving and Christmas, I had to get them up quick. I've been doing a fair amount of exploring The Jingle Ball. I didn't sign up for any classes, though. It's all a bit too much for an introvert, so I've taking a break for a few hours this evening. Glad you're feeling better.

It was the amount of time it took to get it (roughly 9 months) and the unanswered emails regarding the order. You're right about the shorter decorating time between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Did you get back on Jingle Ball? We're having a surprise visit tomorrow or Tuesday from Alaska friends, so we spent the better part of the day doing a thorough house cleaning. I hope you had a good experience if you did get back on!
