Cute outfit! I love sharing your daughters stitching with my littles! They all stitch and craft too! I love all your stitching! I’m a big fudger, not frogger. I love that fabric, but the darker might pop more. 😊
If that “Christmas in my heart” was mine and I made that same mistake, I would make the house into a one story, making the bottom where the light gray line above the door is. Then I would add the door between the two upper windows where the wreath is. Delete the three trees to the right, and bring up the larger tree next to the house. Maybe adding a duplicate potted plant 🪴 to the other side of the house as well. I would make my own design of a smaller wreath to go on the door and call it done. I enjoyed your shares and your daughter is adorable. Tell her that I loved her frenchie cross stitch project. It’s beautiful! Thx for sharing❣️
Hi Erica! Loved catching up with what you've been working on - your styling of decor is beautiful! I'd stick with the fabric choice you have - I like it. I was in Stacy Nash's Gingerbread House class at The Jingle Ball too! It's my focus piece right now - goal to finish by Christmas - lofty goal, but making great progress. Honestly, it's my most favorite thing I've ever stitched - the colors, the fabric, the peppermint trees, and the overall adorableness is perfection. I'll be stitching more of Stacy's charts 🥰. At any rate - I too will be starting Brenda Gervais Let It Snow and The Christmas Swan - both are kitted and waiting for me to pick em up and get going. Merry Christmas stitchy friend 🎅🏻🎄
I’ve been struggling with Mill Hill kits because like you, my kit says 3 strands and it just doesn’t look great! Thank you for sharing that using only 2 strands is working well - that makes me want to give it another try!
Your daughter reminds me of my daughter at that age! She always wanted to be right by next to me when she could lol that happened to my tooth when I was her age, my dentist had to do some procedure where he cut my gum or something and it finally came in! Thanks for sharing! Merry Christmas!🎄
On “Sampler of the Season Winter”, i wonder if a white Anchor floss might be a little thicker and give you the look you want. That way you wont have to start over. Your Christmas decorations are beautiful
Hi Erica, thanks for another inspiring video. Your home is beautiful and beautifully decorated!! I think your fabric choice looks lovely for Ann Hughes. Maybe you might want to consider 40 ct linen if you have concerns with things like white stitches not lying properly? If you can do 36 you can handle 40. Have a Merry Christmas 🎄🎁 Kathy
Hi Erica, your Christmas decorations are beautiful! I may have a solution for the white on your Winter - Sampler of the Season. I just watched Teresa, the little stitcher and she is using white DMC floche instead of regular DMC. It’s a little thicker than regular DMC and will give you better coverage. She is using it on her North Pole chart by Primrose Cottage. I’m with you in feeling overwhelmed by all the things I have started and still want to stitch! On my screen the light nougat fabric looks a bit pink. I would try to go a bit darker. Hope you and your family have a blessed Christmas. Hugs ❤

Your decorating is impeccable! Right up my alley!
