The game was made by Data East, who was semi-successful with games like BurgerTime, but also made a lot of mediocre stuff like Karnov and Bad Dudes. If I saw this game in an arcade I'd probably put several quarters in just for Colonel Sanders alone.
This is hands down one of my favorite arcade games ever just for the sheer stupidity of it all... No other game can claim to have Colonel Sanders as a boss, except for Mugen I suppose.
