They got some things to smooth out honestly. The sounds themselves are pretty damn good but the mix is off and whatever it takes they gotta fix that loud ass gear knocking every time I touch the gas in any car! 😫

I think it is something to do with Frostbite engine 'cos every NFS that has been made with it looks the same. Whereas, in NFS U2, which is nearly 20 year-old by the way, I feel like I am cruising in almost a real city.
This game has definitely been the most fun NFS experience as of late. I beat the game, the grind was crazy but now I've got a garage full of cars and I'm working on more, i love it 😭

So, just like you probably meant to say, hard arcade-like feel to it. Not for everyone 🤷♂️
@@mozeusmeister5758 uh ok, but lets be honest its need for speed youre talking about here. its over the top but lowkey at the same time, tbh the arcade handling isnt for just for people who dislike sim racing or anything, its so you can actually have fun and drive the car. a main issue i had with horizon 4 was building a 500hp car and couldnt even grip race it cause it all it does is wheelspin and thats with all the handling on easy mode. The general audience does not play nfs believe it or not

What they should do for making the skyline 2.6L sound is having it fully modded have a straight pipe sound with the turbo whistle through the exhaust, and make the race bred 2597cc engine sound better. Like a real skyline
Every intersection has red lights, constantly...it takes the life out of a city/street. There is a weird sound in every car the faster you go when you use the throttle. Example where it's extremely noticable: 9:00 after reaching 175+ on the Aston Martin. That weird noise is super annoying! The engine sounds are extremely quiet sadly, becuase they're actually pretty good. Just disappointed with Skyline sound. The physics look okay for now but I have to play it mysself. So far it's not a really big change compared to Heat tbh.

Once your complete the story do the annyoing phone calls stop everytime you leave the garage?...i know you can turn voice off but the game still turns down the volume of everything else if there is suppose to be a voice over in that moment
I really wish this game wasn’t on the Frostbite engine - the game is good, most fun NfS in the last decade or so. But the driving physics are abysmal. I hate them SO much. If it had Horizon 5‘s physics and Most Wanted 2005‘s cop system, it would be an awesome NfS title. As it is now, it’s an good racing game and another average NfS title.

You can disable the bass sound effects in the driving effects, it will get rid of those weird futuristic sounds you hear

If you drive manual and let of the gas right before you shift you'll hear a louder turbo sound.
