- A morning flight in VMC from Cascais, Portugal to Biarritz, just over the Spanish border with France, and therefore just north of the western Pyrenees. The arrival includes a steep descent, 2000 fpm, which I can only do with the help of the gear as air brake, to keep the airspeed reasonable.

very nice! :)
Wonderful video. Thanks for sharing. Please keep posting.
Another great video :) Hope to meet you in Cascais (LPCS) next time you come here. Wish you good flights!
David Marques Thanks David!
The R239 is from the CAS Vor wich is Cascais Vor, Lisbon Vor is nearer LPPT. I really appreciate your videos, and it's just charming to see you in my home airspace
António Alexandre Do you have an ACAS installed?
António Alexandre Yes, there is a TCAS integrated with the G1000 MFD. It will display the relative position and relative altitude of transponder-equipped aircraft in the area. (Altitude requires that the other aircraft has an S transponder.) There is no "avoidance" function, so no handshake with the other transponder and no instructions. It does give audible warnings, though, like "Traffic one mile and left." Has been very useful when flying VFR in London-area airspace in the Summer, where there is a lot of traffic squeezed into the VFR altitudes flying the gauntlet avoiding all the A airspace.
@lhlfrb Never noticed any discomfort in the fast descent, but I am a diver as well and used to clearing my ears. Don't know if that's why...
It amuses me that there are a lot of people that wont know what her phone case is supposed to be..
Nice video as always. Is the 2000 fpm descent uncomfortable in an unpressurized aircraft ?
What type of mount are you using that you can remove and replace the camera so easily, from inside to outside views?

how long was the flight from lisbon to Biarritz?
Hey great channel! What oxygen system are you using? Where can I buy a similar one.. I have been looking around with no result...
361Navigator I use the Mountain High O2D2 pulse feeding system with just cannulas up to FL180. I just bought a mask for the few times I am flying higher to get above the weather, but haven't used it yet. Aircraft Spruce has the system, or you can order direct from Mountain High in the USA.
