The only thing I changed on my Fat Fox was the steering turnbuckles and the servo arm. Get some with ball ends, and it will help the front suspension tremendously 🎉 Other than that, (ball bearings of course) these are great right out of the box.
I know that this club the Chief Engineer is looking to race in has all kinds of conditions so we will have to see what’s allowed, I think they even have issues with back bumpers! 🤔👍
I have been tempted to get one of these but I would want it in the full race livery and I have yet wanted to do all those stickers! LOL! It is a really cool looking truck and it seems to drive very well. It looks like it should fall over in a turn but it seems rather agile!
Looking at this you would think it would have the characteristics of a lunchbox with that shape,and forever be falling over . But,it actually handles surprisingly well. 👍 After filming content for our channel we always drive up to the mc donalds drive through,we have a fox that's very fat which always come up to our car in the car park without fail every time ! 🦊 We call him Nova,and we buy him a box of mc nuggets each visit.....the staff think we are crazy. Come to think of it,we probably are! 🤪 👍 👍 👍
I used to go to this KFC drive thru at night and if you had to wait in the queue you would soon see all these eyes looking at you, as you were surrounded by foxes, they eat better than most people 🤣😂👍

I have the MAN version, it's got a lovely set of Yeah Racing shocks on it with a 3S brushless system... I bloody love it.!! 👍 👍 👍 It's a bit top heavy, my springs are pretty soft, but once you learn to take that into account it's a really satisfying drive. I love the Fat Fox body you've got.!! He printed out the Eddie Stobart stickers himself, he made a really good job of it. I'd been fancying another racing truck for a while after getting my Hobao EPX & when I saw this one I bought it instantly.! It doesn't look quite as fresh now as it once did, but I still love it.! It was actually my very first Tamiya, I've been into RC for years & own around 50 models from most manufacturers but I'd never had a Tamiya, I'd fallen for the negative propaganda & didn't rate them... I WAS SO WRONG.!! I have an M06, M05, TA02S 037, the TT-01E MAN truck & my very favorite... An XV-01 Pro.! The XV-01 is an amazing machine.!! 👍 👍 Tamiya aren't bad, they're just different, that's all.! 😉 😉 😂 😂 The only problem is, I want them all now... My RC addiction was bad before, it's become chronic now.! 😁😁😁 I've been really surprised at how well they drive, how well engineered they are & how durable they are.! See I knew the Eddie Stobart idea would be a winner. I’ve got an XV01 in a box waiting to be built, can’t wait. I started with only buying a Lunchbox, now I have a RUclips Channel. I’d have them all, but that would cost space money, so until then I’ll play around with shells for new looks and so on 😂👍
Bodyshells are definitely the way to go.!!! The possibilities are endless & they breath fresh life into an old RC.! You also get a huge amount of satisfaction from painting them up & you know that nobody else has one quite like yours.... That's not always such a great thing with my dodgy painting.! 😉 😉 😂 😂 I guarantee you that you'll immediately fall in love with the XV-01, they drive so realistically with their increased ride hight & softer springs. The motor being out front means it can do wonderfully controllable slides with minimal effort, you steer with the throttle as much as the wheel.!! So smooth, quite & quick too, mines on a 3S Hobbywing system. Do yourself a favour & fit metal differential internals though, the stock plastic ones are a bit weak.! 😉
Do they still sell Yorkie bars.? I've not seen one in decades.!!! I moved to the Highlands from Northumberland in the 90's & they didn't seem to sell them here.. Same with Tudor crisps & LCL lager.!(odd since they're owned by a Scottish brewery)

The amount of decals is insane for this, hence why only a couple were used. I think I like the Euro truck more but we will see 🤔👍
