Perfect, you captured what made the story of SA2 and shadows past so incredible and interesting. Feels foreboding and like you’re uncovering the dark abandoned colony ark, very much has Metroid vibes and it works so well. Perfect for a shadow the hedgehog movie.
@@psionx1You don’t think unveiling Shadow is a reason? They’re not going to do the events of the movies in the order of the games, the director has said as much. Hopefully they’ll get to Metal Sonic and Chaos eventually though.
@@psionx1 There were rumors of people commenting on reddit that they want to make perfect chaos kinda of a "last boss" in movies, these are rumors of course but I'm hoping for that.
Hearing this I can just visualize Sonic Knuckles Tails Robotnik Shadow Rouge and Amy coming across footage of Gerald and a bunch of other scientists working on the Biolizard and showing how torturous the procedure was for the lizard with this playing in the background. I feel that having Gerald giving updates of the Biolizards progressive animalistic behaviour and many other flaws within each video log before labeling it a failed project would be amazing. This remix has such an unsettling technological ambience to it and it’s so fitting for the Biolizard. Awesome work!
that deep bass is fantastic. and so sad. something that stuck with me since i was 8 playing this game...the Biolizard is gasping the entire time you see it... when i replayed the game in my late teens it made me think. What if it was awake for the 50 years Shadow was frozen for...it is clearly an amphibian of some kind...they need very clean water of they cannot breathe... what if the water it was in that leaks everywhere during the fight...was not cleaned once, and if the A.R.K was powered down...i assume no Oxygen was added into that water supply... the reason the Biolizard struggles so hard to fight in that last moment....is because it wanted so desperately to just end. to tantrum to make the pain stop. but the pipes in it's back made it suffocate on the brink for a lifetime. in the dark. forever. i have probably given this more thought than anyone on the Sonic Team back in 2002, in that single year used to make this entire game that is oh so important to me...but man that is straight horror right there.
Another brilliant rendition! This reminds me of Perfect Chaos' second phase music, which they actually may have used a similar/slowed down version for Event: The Past (I could be mistaken) but the effect is the same: it carries a tremendous sense of foreboding that pays off in the ensuing fight. It's really well done!
Thanks! Just trying something new. I have so many drones, pads, and atmospheres in my library, but they never fit in my normal music. But I love the way they sound 😭.

I see no reason they'd skip over metal sonic or chaos to cover the events of SA2 .

I've always thought the Biolizard had horrific implications in it's existence and you have made it so much worse.
