Factory reset means that your computer is gonna be reseted to a factory state, as if it was brand new, this means you will have your computer ready to work, just like when you bought it.
Hi. Just One doubt. Does all of it have something to do with "restore points". Or "Deleting previous versions of windows"?. I´d like to free some space in my disk (SSD so space is limited) but not loosing the oportunity to reset to factory if I have to. Thanks for this tutorial.
I tried to do a system image recovery (I want to reset to factory settings), but I get an error message saying that "You need to sign in as an administrator to continue, but there is not an administrator account on this PC." The problem is I do have an administrator account. I can see it when logging on. I have myself, administrator and guest as sign on options. I also assigned myself as an administrator. That did not help.
This also restores your specific custom Asus drivers and apps, and some language options. However You should still backup all your Asus drivers before undertaking this or you may have to re-download them all.
